Description
A bullfighter (or matador) is a performer in the activity of bullfighting. Torero (Spanish: [toˈɾeɾo]) or toureiro (Portuguese both from Latin taurarius, are the Spanish and Portuguese words for bullfighter and describe all the performers in the activity of bullfighting as practised in Spain, Portugal, Mexico, Peru, France, Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela and other countries influenced by Portuguese and Spanish culture.
The practice of bullfighting is controversial because of a range of concerns including animal welfare, funding, and religion.
While there are some that don’t support this activity because of the treatment of animals, the style of this Red Roses Gerberas Proteas hat box is only meant to follow the theme of the matador’s elaborate costume and is not meant to endorse the activity.
