Description
The Anthurium Pot Plant has large waxy flowers that sit above broad, heart-shaped leaves. Approximately 35cm high.
- And even without flowers, the Anthurium Pot Plant makes an attractive indoor plant. However, it is its ‘flowers’ that draw attention. These are not, in fact, true flowers! The large coloured leaf-like part is known as the spathe.
- The flowers themselves are very small and insignificant. They develop on the central yellow or cream ‘spear’ known as the spadix. Other plants with similar flowers include the peace lily (Spathiphyllum) and calla lily (Zantedeschia).
There may be some slight variation from the plant pictured, as is the nature of living things. All plants will be in the same health and condition and approximate size as the one pictured but may differ in leaf shape.
